Refund Policy

This policy explains when tickets bought on Booklu are refunded. It applies to every event sold on Booklu.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, including the Booklu fee, within 14 days. You do not need to ask — we refund you automatically.

Rescheduled events

If an event is rescheduled, you may keep your ticket for the new date or request a full refund. Refund requests for rescheduled events must reach us within 14 days of the new date being announced.

All other cases

Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method through PayHere. Card refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@booklu.com and include your order number and the email address you used to buy the tickets.
